After pickups we travel to Lytham for our stay at the Inn on the Prom hotel.
Today we have a morning visit to the attractive town of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley.

Clitheroe is a vibrant market town with a bustling high street and side streets full of character, revealing independent shops, galleries and eateries and more. Amongst the longstanding independent shops is Cowman’s Famous Sausage Shop, whose reputation for its sausages spreads far and wide.

In the afternoon we visit Gawthorpe Hall which is a superb Jacobean historic house set in over forty acres of woodland.
Today we travel up the coast to the popular Fleetwood market then afterwards visit the attractive town of Cleveleys with its pleasant promenade.

Fleetwood is a busy traditional coastal market offering a great seaside shopping experience, it has over 150 stalls within three indoor heated halls and a selection of outdoor stalls.

Cleveleys is a bustling, traditional seaside resort with a range of popular shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy as well as picture perfect views of the sea across the Irish sea and miles of golden sands and exhilarating walks along a multi award winning promenade.

Enjoy a day in Lytham today.

Just two miles from the bright lights of Blackpool, Lytham and St Annes, are worlds apart in both character and atmosphere. The dual seaside towns are nestled along a picturesque stretch of coastline lined with well tended lawns, a boating lake and pretty parks.

With an expansive sandy beach, Victorian pier, historic windmill, a 'royal' golf course and stylish independent shops, the dual seaside towns of Lytham and St Annes continue to remind us why we all love the British seaside so much.

After breakfast, we leave the hotel to make our way home.
